SOLAR ACS is a core component to implement Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements under PSD2. Out-of-band authentication (OOB) is supported via rich APIs, enabling frictionless verification for eligible low-risk transactions with no interruption of the customer journey. The module supports all 3-D Secure message categories, including payment transactions and non-payment messages related to card verification and enrollment, Account Information Services (AIS), OTP, out-of-band (OOB), and multi-factor authentication, providing secure, flexible, and risk-adaptive authentication.
