PASHA Bank, the largest private bank in Azerbaijan, has launched a loyalty program in partnership with Solanteq. Together with Turkish Airlines, the bank has introduced the PASHA Bank Miles&Smiles card. The rewards program is open to both customers of the bank and any individual.

There are two types of Miles&Smiles debit card – World Black Edition and World Elite. Program members are given the opportunity to earn miles by making purchases and receive extra miles from program partners. Card holders also have the unique opportunity to earn miles in advance. By fulfilling certain conditions, card holders can receive Welcome miles within the first three months. Collected miles can then be used to buy tickets for Turkish Airlines flights to 308 destinations. Card holders benefit from a chatbot concierge service, insurance policy, access to VIP lounge areas at airports and other services. Miles can be collected when making cashless payments both domestically and abroad, and when paying utility bills in the mobile app.

THIS PROJECT WAS IMPLEMENTED BY THE BANK ON THE SOLAR LOYALTY PLATFORM FROM SOLANTEQ LTD, WHICH ALLOWS COMPANIES TO CREATE VARIOUS LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE BANK AND THEIR CURRENT ACTIVITIES. DEPLOYED AT PASHA BANK, THE SOLAR LOYALTY PLATFORM CONTAINS ALL THE NECESSARY FEATURES FOR THE FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION OF VARIOUS INCENTIVE SYSTEMS: REWARDS, PRIZE DRAWS, GIFTS, INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY OFFERS, AND PARTNERSHIP PROGRAMS.

Anar Suleymanov, Head of Retail Products at PASHA Bank, said: “We chose our loyalty platform with great care so as to offer our customers the best incentive programs. SOLAR Loyalty enables us to quickly and flexibly follow market requirements.”

“Cooperation with Azerbaijan’s largest bank is essential for the development of our company in Azerbaijan. Our joint plans include expanding our partnership to provide innovative financial solutions and support the bank’s digital transformation initiatives,” said Konstantin Ratov, Director of Business Development at Solanteq.
